A BIT ABOUT ME
The Incident that changed my life!
One day around 9 years ago I was attending to a drunk man/urine/clothes delivery container issue whilst working at Burton and upon completion of this task decided to change career path. I did my Level 2 Instructor qualification and got a job on the local military base gym at Alconbury.
Once the contract expired I diverted to work in care until an attractive opportunity came up. I started at One Leisure in 2014, qualified as a PT and have been doing it ever since. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor, Boxercise Instructor and Football coach. in 2019 I also became a Hatton Academy qualified Boxing coach.
My style of teaching is to focus on compound movements and build clients confidence up. Also, I like to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere as I believe that's the best way to get results. If you can work hard but still have a good time then it becomes more enjoyable and more sustainable in the long run.
